Kettlebells Are Coming to the Mt Gravatt Studio

After a great deal of positive feedback from people training at the Tarragindi studio over the last 6 weeks and recent requests from the Mt Gravatt studio kettlebells will be arriving at the Mt Gravatt studio over the next few weeks. The number of kettlebell sizes at Tarragindi has been expanded to cater for their growing use in Drive Fitness personal trainnig programs and we expect that they will be equally well received by the people training at Mt Gravatt Drive Fitness.

We are constantly on the look out for the most functional and effective training methods. As always we promise to deliver the most up to date training programs while avoiding those training methods that waste time (and there are plenty of those out there)

Kettlebells provide an alternative to more 'common gym' weight training methods and are great for developing core strength, joint stability, muscular endurance and power. Kettlebell training also expends a large amount of energy which makes them a great addition to weight loss or weight management training programs (information taken from Dave's Articles www.davideggins.blogspot.com).
