For anyone new to the walk & run club, it is FREE for everyone who does personal training or boot camp with Drive Fitness and it is suitable for all fitness levels.
Next Saturday 14 January we will be meeting at the Tarragindi studio at 7am for our first walk & run club session of 2012. We will be completing a Studio - Toohey Forest and back track to ease us back in before fitness testing later in January. I'm looking forward to getting back into it and seeing you all there.
Remember we have the Twilight Run coming up on the 18 March. Drive Fitness will be entering a team in this event. For more information about the run and to find out how to register click here.
