We have updated our online Drive Fitness nutrition coaching resource. This nutrition coaching tool is intended to facilitate the food diary feedback system that Drive Fitness personal trainer's use to promote better eating and weight control. We have already seen improved knowledge, better application of set nutrition goals and faster results since introducing the most recent updates.



The online nutrition coaching tool has all the basic information you need to get started. From introducing food groups, preferred foods and servings sizes right through to providing you with a food diary for recording your intake. At set intervals your personal trainer can take a look at your food diary and feedback basic nutrition goals (much like your fitness goals) to keep you on track - or put you back on track in some cases.

Our nutrition coaching only works if you take an interest in educating yourself. Before filling out your food diary for your personal trainer please have a read of all the information and understand it, print any information you require and refer to it as often as necessary.
