What is it?
Men's and Lady's teams of 4 will row 2000m total with each team member rowing 500m (4x500m in relay format). Teams will row in heats of 4 with the fastest 4 men's and lady's teams going through to the finals to determine 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Who can participate?
Everyone who trains at Drive Fitness, personal training or boot camp.
When is it?
Saturday 2 March commencing at 7am.
Where is it?
Drive Fitness Tarragindi located at shop 5 / 17-19 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi. .
How to Register?
Get your team of 4 together or let your trainer know you would like to join a team. We have teams waiting for you to join. Registration is open NOW and teams are filling up fast!
