Spectators are welcome, morning tea will be provided & medal presentation to follow immediately after the finals.
Don't miss the trainer's race! The losing trainer's team will need to do 3 burpees for every second they lose by!

What is it?
Men's and Lady's teams of 4 will row 2000m (4x500m in relay format).
Who can participate?
Everyone who trains at Drive Fitness. Rowing ability & fitness level not important.
When is it?
Saturday 2 March commencing at 7am.
Where is it?
Drive Fitness Tarragindi located at 5 / 17-19 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi. .
