Ready, Set, Row! Team Rowing Challenge This Saturday

Over 20 teams. Over 100 rowers. 
Teams are set and ready to race this Saturday 2 March. 

Spectators are welcome, morning tea will be provided & medal presentation to follow immediately after the finals.

Don't miss the trainer's race! The losing trainer's team will need to do 3 burpees for every second they lose by!

Men's and Lady's teams of 4 will row 2000m (4x500m in relay format). 


Who can participate?
Everyone who trains at Drive Fitness. Rowing ability & fitness level not important.

It's finally on it's way! 

From the same people that brought us the Concept 2 Rowing Machine (that we all love), the SkiErg offers a entirely different upper body, lower body and core workout using a similar style of resistance  The SkiErg will add a new challenge and variety to your personal training sessions - be ready!

Due to arrive sometime later this week or early next week, expect to be giving it a go during your next personal training session.

Boot Camp Challenge Is Coming: Saturday 13 April


Boot Camp teams! Are you ready? The first Boot Camp Challenge of 2013 will be taking place on Saturday 13 April.

Moorooka boot camp will be putting there title of Boot Camp Challenge Champions on the line against the former champions Holland Park and Camp Hill who are hungry for their first win!

More details to be announced as we get closer to the date - keep training hard in preparation!

Team Indoor Rowing Challenge Is Almost Here: Registration Closing Soon


What is it?
Men's and Lady's teams of 4 will row 2000m total with each team member rowing 500m (4x500m in relay format). Teams will row in heats with the fastest 4 men's and lady's teams going through to the finals to determine 1st, 2nd & 3rd.


Morning team will be available throughout the event & medal presentation will be held immediately following the finals. 

Who can participate?
Everyone who trains at Drive Fitness, personal training or boot camp.

When is it?
Saturday 2 March commencing at 7am.

Where is it?
Drive Fitness Tarragindi located at shop 5 / 17-19 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi. .


How to Register?
Get your team of 4 together or let your trainer know you would like to join a team. We have teams waiting for you to join. Registration is open NOW and teams are filling up fast!


The Trainer's Team Challenge!
The Drive Fitness personal trainer's have been split into 2 teams of four and will face on the day. Brad, Tim, David & Lisa VS Nathan, Jared, Owey & Kate! Burpees to be completed immediately following the end of the race has been decided as the consequence for the losing trainer's team!

*Rest as required to maintain correct technique throughout the work period
*Progress by increasing the weight of the medicine ball & taking less rest during the work period
