Weight Loss Challenge Week 2 Update


Congratulations to those of you who have got off to a great start in the 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge! For those of you who have been slow starting, don't be discouraged. Continue to work hard during your training sessions and make smart food choices and your results will come.

Don't miss your boot camp sessions taking place every Saturday morning during the 8 week weight loss challenge at Glindemann Park, Logan Rd, Holland Park at 6:30, 7:30 & 8:30am. We will have another visit from the Dietitan for our next seminar next Thursday 4 October 7:30pm at Drive Fitness Tarragindi.
