8 Week Weight Loss Challenge: Details, Prizes & Schedule of Events
It all starts this Monday 10 September! First weigh in will take place between Monday 10 - Friday 14 September. Make sure you have your personal training times all organised so you can get your weekly weigh in with your trainer!
Simply weigh in with your personal trainer every week for 8 weeks during your personal training session and achieve the greatest % of weight loss possible! Before & after photos are encouraged but completely optional, waist, hip, thigh and arm circumferences will be measured in weeks 1 & 8 but will not be factored in to the final score. Winners are determined by % of body weight lost only.

Prizes
1st place: 6 x 30min Personal Training Sessions & home training pack (1 x kettlebell, 1 x medicine ball, 1 x foam roller 1 x skipping rope).
2nd place: 4 x 30min Personal Training Sessions
3rd place: 2 x 30min Personal Training Sessions
