Congratulations to everyone who achieved their weight loss goal and to those of you who got your weight loss journey started. All the best with your continued efforts to either lose more weight or maintain your new body weight.
The renewed motivation in the studios and at boot camp during the weight loss challenge was exciting and inspiring. Thank you for supporting each and enjoying in each other's success. We hope everyone has finished the weight loss challenge having either learnt something new about exercise and nutrition or with greater motivation!
A BIG congratulations to our top 3 8 week weight loss challenge winners! As impossible as it may sound we had a tie for first place and very close runner up.
- 1st Place: Stefanie Brandon - 11.4kg & 15.3% of body weight lost.
- 1st Place: David Shortt - 16.7kg & 15.3% of body weight lost
- 2nd Place: Ross Woods - 15.9kg & 14.6% of body weight lost
