Saturday Boot Camp Coming to Holland Park: Starting January 2013


You asked for it! You've got it...

Following the popularity of the Saturday morning boot camps during the 8 week weight loss challenge earlier this year we had a lot of people request an ongoing Saturday morning boot camp session.
We are excited to announce the permanent addition of a Saturday morning boot camp session starting Saturday 26 January 2013, details below.

Where will sessions take place?
Glindemann Park, Logan Rd, Holland Park (our Holland Park boot camp location).

When will sessions take place? 
Every Saturday morning 6:30-7:30am starting Saturday 26 January 2013.

Who can participate?
Everyone! Any age, fitness level or exercise experience.

How much do sessions cost?
Saturday morning boot camp sessions will operate as part of our normal boot camp program at $19 per session in a 12 session pack.

How do session packs work?
If you have an active boot camp session pack you can attend any boot camp session at any of our 3 boot camp locations in Camp Hill (5:30am Monday & Wednesday), Moorooka (5:30am Tuesday & Thursdsay) and Holland Park (5:30am Tuesday, Thursday & 6:30am Saturday *NEW*)

Why are Drive Fitness boot camps more awesome than others?
Good question! For quite a few reasons... The main reason is that we keep our boot camp numbers capped lower then other boot camps. This allows us to use exercises and training methods that simply don't work with really big groups (some boot camps overload to 30 people or more). Our boot camps are also more flexible then others, if you don't turn up to a boot camp session you don't lose it. Your 12 sessions are available until you have been to 12 sessions. .
