Dead Lift Challenge: Less Than 4 Weeks Away!

The 2012 Drive Fitness Dead Lift Challenge is coming! Saturday 27 October!

Don't miss the last Drive Fitness strength challenge for the year. Over 40 people took to the bar in last year's Dead Lift Challenge & this year is set to be BIGGER & BETTER!

What is it?
A fun &  social community building event with a fitness challenge attached! Challenge yourself to Dead Lift as much as possible for a single repetition. Your score is relative to your body weight (Max Lift / Body Weight). Morning tea provided and medal presentation to follow for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & biggest lift for men and women. Come along & support others as we all try to achieve a personal best! 

Who can participate
Everyone who trains at Drive Fitness.

When is it? 
Saturday 27 October. Starting 7am sharp with weigh in & warm up and lifting to commence by 7:30am. Medal presentation taking place at 9:30am. 

Where is it?
Drive Fitness Tarragindi (5 / 17 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi, Brisbane).
