Well done everyone at our first Walk & Run Club session back at the Mt Gravatt loop. I think everyone will agree that we found it a lot easier after working on the Tarragindi loop for the last 4 sessions. Lap splits are listed below
Remember for next session we are looking for each lap to be as close to the same time as possible. We want to try to avoid having some laps significantly faster than others.
